Here is a side shot of the Miter box. This was the most expensive part of buying the tools. Right there your looking at around $140 for the tools and templates you see. I also stuck around $100 in tools for the Fretting which will come later in the Neck building process. Because I'm building 2 necks right off the get go... The money saved in purchasing my own tools and building them myself will pay for the expense in tools.
